On 29 January 2018 fourteen Hungarian civil organisations, including HES, submitted a joint appeal to the European Court of Human Rights, asking the court to declare that the anti-civil act on "foreign funding" violates fundamental rights. The Hungarian Constitutional Court has not dealt with their request for a couple of months.
