Representatives of the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (TASZ), Eötvös Károly Public Policy Institute, the Hungarian Europe Society, the South East European Network for Professionalization of Media, and the Mertek Media Monitor sent a joint letter to Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe on 4 February 2013.
